Since entering the Financial Services industry in 1995, Kale has had a passion to help his clients navigate through the ever changing financial landscapes. With his primary focus being fee based Comprehensive Financial Planning, he is able to present a holistic view of his client’s objectives and offer the appropriate solutions presented by today's complex financial challenges. For many of his clients, it is the first time they have had a meaningful conversation regarding where they are, where they want to be and the most efficient way to get there. Kale believes that Financial Planning isn’t static, but organic and needs to be monitored and adjusted as the changes of life occur. Will Joined Magness Financial Group in 2002 to address the financial needs of professionals, business owners and the growing retirement community. Will’s principal area of focus is comprehensive financial planning and believes that being a servant to his client’s in this capacity is the greatest reward of his profession. Whether it is working with clients regarding their estate planning, wealth management strategies, risk management or other areas of financial concern, Will believes that an approach that involves partnership, creativity and integrity are paramount. It is this client-focused process that allows his clients to crystallize and coordinate their short term financial needs with their long-term personal goals. Will has been recognized throughout the industry with numerous awards in addition to being a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table^ for 8 years. He is also a member of the Texarkana Chamber of Commerce and has served on the board and as the President of the Four States National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.
Will is a native of Texarkana and his family has lived in the surrounding area since the 1870’s. He is a graduate of Hooks High School and Ouachita Baptist University where he studied business and was a four year letterman for the OBU baseball team. Will loves his business but his passions in life are his faith, family and the outdoors. He gives any credit for success in his life to God and believes he has had an amazing family before him that has given him this grounding. This heritage is a way of life he now shares with his wife Linde and daughters, Skylar and Emori. In their spare time, you can find Will studying family history or enjoying the outdoors with his family.

David joined Magness Financial Group in 2007 after graduating from Ouachita Baptist University with a degree in Accounting. David's primary focus is fee-based comprehensive financial planning. He is passionate about helping people balance their short-term financial needs with long-term personal goals in an effective and efficient manner. Debra joined Magness Financial Group in October of 2000 as Kale's Executive Assistant. Debra's entire career has been centered on client services, office administration, file maintenance and document preparation. Above all, Debra's primary focus in client satisfaction.
Debra, and her husband Tommy enjoys spending time in the great outdoors. Interest includes camping, boating, four-wheeling and spending time with family and friends.
